Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL, depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Balec Group is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at: sales@balecgroup.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, additional customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
